It's a long story, but I have a factory arm rest upholstered with katzkin leather for sale. I bought an LX and almost immediately replaced the center arm rest with a leather Touring one i found on ebay. Soon there after, I decided to add kazkin leather to the entire interior. The katzkin kit included leather for the center arm rest too. So, the installer put the leather on the factory cloth arm rest. I was going to keep it as an extra one...just in case. But I don't want it sitting in my trunk for 4 years waiting for the touring leather arm rest to wear out. Long story short, I am keeping the touring one...since its installed already and selling the katzkin one.
