Is it as small as the 2014 Civic steering wheel or is it as large as the 2016 Civic wheel ?

I'll answer my own question. The 2014 Civic steering wheel cover is too small for the 2019 Insight

You need me to go out and measure my wife's '18 Civic steering wheel (same as '16 I'm told) against my Insight?

I always enjoyed the smaller diameter of the 2014 Civic. It made entry and egress easier and, with power steering, the leverage of a larger wheel was not needed.

I was easily able to use my steering wheel cover of my 2013 civic to my 2019 Insight EX
