Thanks guys, you have been more than helpful on this. I'm having the Dealer order me a new one and ship it to me so I can install it. They had replaced the Positive Jump Box that had a broken part for the lid to snap on to. That was a night mare as they had to rip the Insight apart to replace the entire Harness. This included many areas of the Car plus both front and rear Bumpers. My guess they could have lost it during that process, but who knows. I'm definitely going to figure out a way to get the Cover on and more secure than Factory. That Jump Box is a horrible design.

By "jump box" is that the area/system under hood for jump starting the car? If so, wonder why it already went missing (i.e. what would've been done under the hood)? How long after ownership was this noticed or found?

Either way, it sounds like yet another failure of plastic parts (like the radar plastic clips)...

That is the correct item circled in red. I found it the night I drove the car home from the Dealer one hour away. I heard a noise when I was almost Home like something hitting under the Hood. It was dark so I checked the next day and found the top cover missing. I saw why it had come off due to the right side rectangle plastic piece was broken so only one side could hold the cover on. Those 2 rectangular pieces for the lid to snap on to need to be reinforced with something stronger than plastic. Either it was broken from the Factory or the Dealership needed to charge the Battery for delivery and they broke it. I placed clear Epoxy on the new one to help strengthen those areas. They should have a strong connector for the Harness in that area so the entire Harness doesn't need to get replaced if that box ever goes out as the Harness is huge and runs the entire length of the Car like a Spider Web.

Would you mind sharing pictures, or describing where you applied without interfering with the clip (topside? underside?).

Also, if you think the dealer may have needed to jump start the car, when was your car manufactured (see MM/YY sticker on drivers side door jamb) versus purchased?

I added the Clear Epoxy all around the base of the area that was damaged in the Photo circled in red. I just used a tooth pick and coated all away around the base of those 2 areas that the Cover snaps on to. The side circled is the side that was broken. Manufacturer date is 11/19. Purchase date 12-5-2019 so that's not much time for a Battery to lose a charge. Who knows who and how it got broke, but I know its a major fix to get that Box replaced.
