About 3-4 weeks ago I received a paper mailing from Honda introducing a customized web site for my specific Insight, with VIN info, recall notices, and other details on my Honda. The link looks something like this.

The page is very mobile friendly so I saved it as an icon on my home screen on the iPhone for easy access. The page has all kinds of instructional videos, info on road side assistance, warranty, recall info, and it even has my VIN. There is also a section on service maintenace. Here's a screen shot of everything included.

When I open the page I see my EX, the exact color.

Thank you Honda. What a great service.

I assume this is a personalized mailing from my local dealer since it features a Cosmic Blue touring (not sure if there are visual tipoffs that it is or not a 2019). I've seen other personalized mailers from other companies, I think this is my first from Honda.

A little surprising it took this long (2 years?) to make its way to you. My dealer is more 'aggressive' at marketing, and I started receiving these seemingly from day 1... congratulating me on my purchase, celebrating the 1 year anniversary of purchase, etc. They're so frequent that I tend to ignore them and/or roll my eyes at the amount of paper they use.

I get ones with my Gen6 Civic pictured as well, so they definitely use it to make it seem like they're "in touch" with your car. On the flip side of my flyers are typically a maintenance reminder (i.e. oil change) and a coupon or two to motivate a trip in to the dealer.

I've been getting these postcards(mine shows a White Insight which is what I own) each time after having service done at the dealership. Honda also send me a "we miss you" postcard at about the 6 month mark after my previous service.

Sometimes I get a Honda survey about my experience after a visit like my most recent one last week.

I would've prefer if they send me an email since the postcards go right to the trash after I read them...
