I think that power flow shows power flowing to the high voltage battery only to supportr the 12 volt system while at a high speed on the highway during level travel (while only the engine is engaged and the battery is charged to about 70% per gauge). I have noticed after driving down a hill or in sport mode the brakes kicking in when the battery is full while braking (I need to get one of my rotors turned and I can feel them pulsing - all other times it is a smooth stop).I've been thinking about this one for a while... what I couldn't reconcile was that the HV battery level didn't drop (i.e. if charge stopped flowing to the HV battery, battery usage/depletion should occur pretty rapidly). But if direct drive engages once the HV battery is full, does hybrid/EV function disconnect entirely and just leaves the battery full for later?
