My Lexus IS 350 is my first ivory leather car, and the driver's side is so dark from blue jean wear. Get the black leather.
I like the Japanese Insight's Black Rose(slight purple) color. I wouldn't buy it though because it's going to be hard to keep clean and darker colors usually mean a hotter cabin for the summer.I own a 2019 Insight in Modern Steel Metallic and am generally happy with the color. Nevertheless, the bolder, sporty side of me would've loved to see a couple other colors available with the Insight. What color(s) do you wish the Insight would've come in?
I have two general colors that I would've loved to see on the Insight: black cherry and a green option. Specifically, the 50th anniversary Toyota Corolla black cherry, as well as one of the shades of green listed below for the 2018 Honda Pilot and 2018 Honda Clarity.

Based on my sightings of Insights around Boston...Need more red cars on here imo
Aegean Blue was my favorite, too, but Cosmic Blue was a close second and we wanted the light interior.I love the Aegean Blue. I have an EX with black interior. I am partial to blue and bright.
The Aegean Blue hides nothing, but that's the downside of Brighter colors that aren't silver.Aegean Blue was my favorite, too, but Cosmic Blue was a close second and we wanted the light interior.
Cosmic looks fantastic when clean, but shows chips and imperfections easily. Silver is so much better at hiding dirt, dust, salt spray and minor nicks, scratches and swirls but also only had black as an interior option. Sort of regret not going with silver now, but our recent cars had been white, gray or silver and admittedly kind of boring.
Similar KBB summary as in post #9, with the addition of the bottom 2 colors (12%).KBB did another most popular color choice by vehicle segment back in July 2019.

I would have thought red and black to be flipped for total sales, but otherwise seems about right. Here's an "informal" summary of owned colors reported by 229 forum members as of 10/26/19:
37.1% (85) - Orchid White
14.0% (32) - Modern Steel
13.1% (30) - Lunar Silver
12.2% (28) - Crimson Pearl
10.0% (23) - Cosmic Blue
08.7% (20) - Aegean Blue
04.8% (11) - Crystal Black
Aside from white and black, we have an almost equal representation (within 5%) among gray, silver, red, blue owners.
Ha, yes - KBB supports your hunch, BUT we Insight owners like to buck the trends.I would have thought red and black to be flipped for total sales, but otherwise seems about right.
My dealer claims to be the #1 volume dealer in Illinois, they had maybe a couple dozen between the main lot and their remote lot, mostly black, white, gray and silver. A few blues, one red.Ha, yes - KBB supports your hunch, BUT we Insight owners like to buck the trends.![]()
