FOR SALE: 17"TOURING BrandNew Wheels & Tires - or exchange for BrandNew 16"Wheel/Tire

I just bought a 2019 Insight TOURING. I like the way the 16" rides better then the thinner walled low profile 17". I'm selling a brand new 17" Touring Wheel/Tires.
They have 25miles on them until someone buys them.

What is a fair price to sell them? I'm going to buy 16" Wheels/Tires with this sale.
Also, how much is shipping to the buyer?

When I bought my compact spare via eBay, shipping was about half the total cost ($80). The compact tire weight (~35 lbs) and bulky dimensions drove the shipping price. Full size tire(s) will cost more to ship each.
