@WorldThatHeSees shared DIY install information in "Heated Steering Wheel" thread. Others in the thread had the dealer install. Installation PDF is also posted in thread for perspective.

If you want to just do the steering wheel and the cover you will need a 10mm hex key socket and something with some ass to break it loose. Outside of that it is pretty basic stuff. Just be careful with the plastic trim with the buttons when you transfer it over as it is not the strongest.
