So, this is under the driver side in the front. Hit a bump in a construction zone a bit hard. Is there a pan under there? It looks like it goes down a bit but I’m not sure. Just want to make sure I didn’t mess anything up too bad. Cracked a transmission pan on my old Prius in a similar fashion. Should I be concerned as far as damage goes?

Not sure without checking myself as it's been some time since my last oil change. You can drop the aluminum belly pan and see what's above the damage. The plastic is superficial. There doesn't seem to be much damage other than that.

That looks superficial to me. Just some scratches on the metal frame. I do not see any dents.

If you are OCD like me, I would simply move on with life as that piece, though not terribly expensive to change, it quite a pain with all the other stuff you have to remove.

Ouch! Must have been some hole! Like others have said, I wouldn’t worry about it. Looks to be the frame rail of the car, which is a solid piece.
