California????
A Tennessee homeowner’s association (HOA) just tried to fine a couple US$100 for the phallic shape their Honda Insight left in a snowy parking lot after they moved their car.
Tennessee but it doesn't even look like one. You have to be thinking of dicks to see it...

... where are the tire tracks on that picture? or did the insight just magically fly away?
I like to go back to read the original source when I see things like this. :)

When asked about tire tracks, the Insight owner commented on Reddit: "Gonna be honest I’m not entirely sure? It snowed a little bit after this so maybe the tracks filled but the shape didn’t?"

There's also speculation that the HOA and/or photographer doctored the photos.

Haha yeah, that's what I ended up doing and found as well. Amusing story for sure, but clearly there's not that many people living in snowing parts of the world to recognize that that picture is suspect

What is the pattern made from is the question?
Obviously if it were light snow, there would be tire tracks as it drove away.
But a frost on the ground, or like freezing rain or pellets would not leave marks
If you look closely at the grass, that’s what it looks like
Or under the car was slightly warmer that helped melt
Peculiar indeed, but my first thought is not photoshop
IMHO

The original reddit poster did not think photoshop initially either. She speculated that additional snow fell after leaving, filling in the shape. Other reddit posters in the thread suggested photoshop, which had not crossed her mind. She also mentioned that she's had previous difficulty/complaint with the HOA, which may have introduced bias to their reaction.

Take a look at the original reddit post and responses; it's interesting for its conspiracy theories, if nothing else.
