Okay, so you answered your own question?

I googled for Honda Plus and see that it is available for Hondas sold in Canada, not in the U.S. So my mistake there. I'm not very familiar with it beyond what I just read in the Google results.

For any Canadians that purchased Honda Care. What deal did you get?
Unfortunately we don't have something like College Hills Honda in Canada
I think it's called "Honda Plus" in Canada, rather than the US Honda Care version. While you're waiting on other Canadians to weigh in, here are a few links to start:

Sample pricing for Insight (middle column) - https://www.honda.ca/owners/warranty/honda-plus/extended-warranty
Can buy up to 5 yr/100km after purchase + shop around + $1k CND for 7 yrs - https://www.civicx.com/threads/honda-plus-extended-warranty-when-to-purchase.6889/

I took out the Honda Plus 7yr 130,000 km extended warranty. It says it is the same for the Accord/CR-V/Crosstour/HRV/Clarity/ Insight. I was really torn on it as I have never taken out an extended warranty on any new car in the past 45 years but because it was the first year of the Gen 3 I thought I should. The regular price was $1998 Canadian or roughly $1500 US but they knocked off 10% and gave me 2 free synthetic oil changes with it. So I ended up paying $1798 Canadian or roughly $1360 US

Was quoted $1700 for 7/130km, still debating whether I should take it or not :). Emailing a few more dealerships to see how low will they go. Wish we had dealer cost numbers to know what to aim for.

I was also quoted $1998 Canadian and they threw in a complete set of snow tires mounted on steel rims. Of course the invoice shows a charge for those but it was all playing with numbers during the negotiating period and getting a higher valuation on my trade in to make the numbers work out after everything but the snow tires was discussed.

Interesting, so you got 7 years/130km + winter tires for $2000. That seems like a good deal :).

The lowest was offered so far is $1550.
