Anyone else getting these? Took me 30 min to complete and mark everything "EXCEPTIONAL" Or "PERFECT". :smile:
I was honest though and mentioned issues I had with Garmin Maps and the update process as well as the issue with Lane Departure Warning which for me will always and forever be OFF.

I got the same J.D. Power Survey as well. Took a long time to fill out but wanted to share my positive experience with the Insight. Got another survey from some other company which I never heard of so threw it out. Yesterday I got a third survey from MaritzCX. This one is all on paper, but looks just as long as the J.D. Power one. Maybe if I get bored one night I'll fill it out.

I just got the MaritzCX survey(1st one) in the mail today. They need a better incentive than just a chance to win some money considering the time to fill out the survey plus the feedback is pretty valuable to the automaker.:plain:

@Honda2019 , they provided me a link & password to fill it out online. I plan on doing it when I have time this weekend.

How are you guys getting these offers? All I get is robocalls offering to connect me to insurance specialists in my area.
I'm just guessing Honda handed our info over to these companies. I definitely did not agree or sign up for it. SiriusXM is still sending me junk mail(another one today for $5/month for 6 months) and calling me even though I didn't use my free trial offer.

I received the Maritiz survery yesterday and completed it online yesterday evening. It will certainly take some time but it is thorough

I recently got 2 more surveys from strategic vision and autopacific in the mail. As I'm completing these surveys, it kind of gives you insight into how automakers design cars, and Honda seems to have done a good job striking a balance with the Insight in my opinion.


Ride/Handling
same ride/handling as now
quicker handling and firmer ride
easier handling and softer ride


Tires
same tires as now
tires with better grip than now
tires that are quieter


exterior styling
same exterior styling as now
more distinctive styling than now
more conservative styling than now


quietness
same interior quietness as now
interior more quiet than now
more sporty sounding than now


drivers seat visibility
same visibility as now
better visibility than now
give up visibility for more advanced styling


I chose "same as now" as my preference for all of the above. Nice to see the pros and cons when designing certain parts of a car. :smile:

I didn't even get the Honda survey when I purchased my Insight. But I don't mind if I don't get any other surveys as I think they're mostly spam generators.

How was your experience with the sales guy? Sometimes they don't forward your email to Honda if they think you're going to give them anything less than a 10.
