Not my video but I found it on youtube. Seems like it can fix the hood flutter, loose trunk lids, and panel gaps maybe.

Same guy, shows a way to reboot the tablet, by starting the car, going into reverse, and then neutral.

Man... I've never thought so much about the hood of a new car than with this Insight! :)
- Do you think the hood adjustment in video can help with the hard to close issue you described in post #9 of the "flimsy hood" thread?
- Or maybe it offers help in combination with the "hood latching adjustment" mentioned in post #10? I haven't seen video for the latching adjustment yet.
- In addition to above adjustments, there was also this thread on hood hinges.

Would be nice if a video showed all hood adjustments in one place. Maybe the full hood adjustment demo is something @Verdier can add to his youtube posts!
Hmmm. I haven't seen much on the hood adjustments so I'm not sure what adjustments there are. I'm also alone and have physical neuropathy in my hands so I'm not so good with actually fixing things. If anyone wants to aim me at some of these hood videos I'll certainly look into making something for the insight guys.

I get a lot of pleasure doing videos on these cars and am always on the lookout for more stuff to talk about and report. The only thing I don't talk too much about is mpg mainly since it's not my biggest concern, but also sometimes there are a lot of numbers and figures involved and due to severe aphasia and memory issues I forget things I say and lose track of the discussion. So if I ever repeat something someone has already said here on the forums (even if it was directed straight to me) it's not me trying to steal glory, I truly do forget and misunderstand things people say to me.😣

It might, I haven't had the chance to try. @Mobilcams indicated in that thread, adjusting the stops, helped him. Maybe he was referring to those rubber things as stops?
My hood currently shuts fine, just need to slam it, instead of using it's own weight by dropping it, to close. I don't have the hood vibration in windy conditions either so I might not want to adjust it.

Haven't seen videos on Insight hood yet, which motivated the content suggestion for your channel. :)

Only verbal mentions of 3 different hood adjustments have been made so far, across different threads:
- Hood adjustment video (this thread)
- Hood "latching" adjustment: https://www.gen3insight.com/forum/7-2019-honda-insight-general-discussion/150-flimsy-hood.html
- Hood hinge adjustment: https://www.gen3insight.com/forum/2...-problems/444-hood-hinges-damage-fenders.html
