Hello Team Insight!
I'm a proud owner of a crimson pearl/ivory 2019 Insight Touring edition! Picked up the car Monday in southeastern VA and couldn't be happier. I've been reviewing many posts within this site and appreciate the information and tips from the team.

I'm a hybrid fan and owned a 2006 Prius, passed that down to my son and moved on to a 2010 Lexus HS250h (really great car) and now, after visiting nearly every local dealer and test driving countless cars, I, almost by accident, fell in love with the Insight. I wasn't looking for a hybrid, but the features, price and styling just really made my decision easy.

I'm scheduled to get the parking sensors added on Wednesday, so we'll see how that dealer instal goes, since many others have had some trouble with the installation. Wish me luck.

Anyway, glad to join the team!

Lots of VA Insight owners recently, congrats on the car! It's a classy looking car, that doesn't like to guzzle gas, can accelerate really quick, and loves to hide from other Insights.

That is true! I keep looking, but they are "elusive".

Congratulations on your new Insight! We may pick apart the small things, but it's really a great car. No dog, either. I have a really hard time keeping myself out of Sport Mode. The car handles speed like a race car. It loves to RUN. Slices through traffic like they are standing still. And still gets MPG in the 30's (cold weather) and 40's (warmer weather) for MPG doing 85 to 105 sustained MPH. With the right tires, and a bigger engine system, this car could go well into the hundred plus range, but I'm happy with what it offers, as is. It just feels and looks great.

Enjoy your new Insight...and tell us your experiences with it.

Coming from owning a lot of cars from the 2000's and older, I found it crazy how much get up and go the Insight has. Of all models to have that capability its this, one of the more milder models.
Have you driven any other new Honda's?

Actually, no. I never owned a Honda before. Always thought they were out of my price range. But the price of my EX was quite reasonable. You have to love that electric torque. I do!
