So I have about 121k miles on my car and ride is still fine but I was wondering at what point should I start thinking about replacement? I’m interested in Tein coilovers for the 19 Civic and like having the option of adjusting my ride height.

Ive heard you should consider replacing struts/springs between 100-150k, but my 2010 Prius had around 177k and drove just fine (at least to me) and I abused and took that car off-roading (I know, how is that possible?) but baby the Insight.

I had '99 and '00 Civics that went to the mid-high 200Ks with zero suspension work needed. Suspension needs vary depending on use/abuse over time. A gently driven car on good roads should last. If yours drives fine, keep sending it!

I, personally, wouldn’t even think of replacement until at least 150k and even then, only if the car is noticeably floating over bumps or makes clunking noises. Honda typically uses high quality shocks that last longer than some lesser makes.
