I have been going through the Honda Parts Catalog and cross referencing shared suspension parts for those that want to perform upgrades.
It is fairly safe to assume that, if the Stabilizer Bar in the Insight and Civic are the same, the aftermarket Stabilizer bar for the Civic will fit our Insights (Disclaimer: I am not making a promise, just making an assumption based on the shared similarities between the Civic and Insight)

So far, this is what I have found.... The following parts are shared with 2016 through 2018 Civics (Coupe & Sedan including SI) unless otherwise noted

This comment is for zeekevin who swapped out the stock sway bar (stabilizer) with the Progress Group 20.6mm rear sway bar with upgraded accord end links. I see according to tyler65's list of shared parts that the rear bar of the Insight is different than that of the civics. Thus I'm assuming since your install went well and everything appears to be working fine that the 20.6mm bar was indeed compatible with the Insight...

Strut bar via fk7 genX

Has anyone else thought about putting a strut bar from a fk7 gen x on the insight? I have a 2020 insight and feel like the front end is a bit sloppy compared to the cgen x sport touring hatchback I had. I know there's going to be less performance than the cicvic, but I've heard the front end of the insight is basically the same as the fk7 gen x, right? I'm thinking suspension is the only place that'll be truly beneficial as far as upgrades go; compared to engine enhancements... those justvseem to be a wasteful endeavor.

Wasn't familiar with "FK7" but google says it's the identifier for a Honda Civic Hatchback (like ZE4 is for the Insight).

From what I've read, sway bar upgrades make more of a difference than strut bar. Strut bar can help stabilize body flex to keep the car feeling planted/rigid, while sway bar helps with steering/feel/roll by resisting the independent motion of the two sides.

Here are some forum links to sway bar upgrades for quick reference:
