I have been going through the Honda Parts Catalog and cross referencing shared suspension parts for those that want to perform upgrades.
It is fairly safe to assume that, if the Stabilizer Bar in the Insight and Civic are the same, the aftermarket Stabilizer bar for the Civic will fit our Insights (Disclaimer: I am not making a promise, just making an assumption based on the shared similarities between the Civic and Insight)

So far, this is what I have found.... The following parts are shared with 2016 through 2018 Civics (Coupe & Sedan including SI) unless otherwise noted

Thanks for doing the research. Seems like the rear sway bar is different and springs are different also. Those were likely the two upgrades I wanted to do. Hopefully companies will put out aftermarket products for the insight.

I agree, plus some struts. Maybe an Eibach Pro-Kit, with rear sway, and Bilsteins or Konis. Stock suspension is comfy, but soft. Most likely I’ll just get new tires then forget about all this, though.

I procured a detailed Honda proprietary document back in Feb. 2018 that covers all significant engineering updates on the insight. It covers 30 pages of technical info. I'll include one more interesting tid bit as follow:

Hydraulic Suspension Bushings- The Touring only has four Eng. / Tranny. fluid filled bushings to provide superior ride isolation as well as vibration control .These bushings are specifically tuned to provide minimum vibration transfer to the occupants, raising the new Insight to the level of one class above in terms of noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) suppression. The lower front control arms and rear trailing arms pivot in the fluid filled bushings which is designed to absorb road harshness and vibration for a smoother ride, while still retaining the precision needed for sharp, nimble handling.

For front suspension only, a specially ventilated under-cover allows airflow to cool the bushings, ensuring more consistent performance in all ambient temperature conditions, as well as better long term durability.

Touring models only include front and rear fluid filled bushings.

I have done extensive research on engineering improvements on all models and find there are many subtle improvements on Touring, not found on LX and EX models. So, if one can afford an Insight , by all means go for the Touring. Trade -in alone , you get the difference back.

This comment is for @zeekevin who swapped out the stock sway bar (stabilizer) with the Progress Group 20.6mm rear sway bar with upgraded accord end links. I see according to tyler65's list of shared parts that the rear bar of the Insight is different than that of the civics. Thus I'm assuming since your install went well and everything appears to be working fine that the 20.6mm bar was indeed compatible with the Insight...

For information in the knowledge base. Front shock absorbers can be replaced with non-original Kyaba (KYB)

KYB 3340151 Front Left Excel-G
KYB 3340150 Front Right Excel-G

Note that the original shock absorbers for Honda Insight 2019 are made by Kyaba and they look the same externally.

But the original Honda price per unit is $ 225, and Kyaba costs $ 54 per unit. Therefore, I bought Kyaba. Have become great. But it's worth changing in pairs.
