What its going to cost

So even though Honda has yet to confirm an official price for the next generation Insight, they have indicated that it will be slotted between the Civic and Accord. This means that it's base price will be somewhere between $19,835 and $24,465. With how poorly sales were in the previous generation, I think it would make sense for Honda to place it in the lower end of that bracket.

It should sit between the Civic and Accord, but hybrids usually cost more than pure gas models so for all we know the new Insight could start at $24,465 for all we know.
Someone should close this thread - the car is out and the Honda website has the official prices.
Price at my dealer agrees with Honda website. MSRP:
LX: $22,830
EX: $24,060 (there is no EX-L option)
Touring: $28,090
Are these nationwide prices, or do I see those numbers only because the site knows I am in California?
Prices seem to be relatively the same across regions, as most pricing is within a couple hundred dollars of these figures. Though incentives and discounts are likely to vary from dealer to dealer.

The dealer closest to my home originally quoted me $24060. Immediately before I went to sign the paperwork, he said that he to trade to get the car I wanted from an other dealer, and the other dealer added accessories that would add $495 to the price I would have to pay.

I paused. Looked up the accessories at some internet authorized Honda dealers, and found that they were not selling for any where close to $495.

Contacted my Credit Union which got me the White EX with Ivory interior the next day. The credit Union saved me close to a $1,000 compared to my local dealer.

You really do need to do comparison shopping. Each local area is different, but there are lot's of Honda dealers and they are all selling the exact same merchandise.
Got my Insight EX yesterday in New Jersey. It has white exterior color and black interior trim.
I extended the warranty to be 6 yrs/ 120000 miles.
The total price (MSRP+extended warranty+fees+tax) was 27050.
Congrats Alex on the new car! Now come join a number of us on the fuelly.com website where you can list your mpg with each tank of fuel. There are 16 of us with vehicles in the 2019 Insight forum (on that website).
Thanks! Sure I will join and add my numbers in fuelly.com. This car is not eating gas much, so far I've driven about 150 miles and I get 54 mpg, as computer says. I drive in normal way mostly, AC on, no eco mode. I'm not a heavy footer though.
