2020 Honda Insight Touring Rear Brake pad Change

I have a question: I went to the dealer to get brake pads and was told that they were dealer service only. I tried to look for information but most is not insight specific. Does anyone have a procedure to change rear pads? I am specifically referring to pushing the piston back, (with electronic parking brake) to install new pads.

How many miles do you have on a car that is likely to never need new brake pads. i.e. Why do you need new brake pads? Are they actually worn?

Rear brake pad part number is 43022-TXM-A02. You can try asking for installation instructions from a Honda dealer that sell the part online.
