Unable to add wallpaper?

Trying to add some wallpaper to my display. Put a .jpg in the root of a flash drive, verified size was within the parameters. go to the import wallpaper page and it says no images found on the flash drive.
Tried it with a different image and a different flash drive, no joy.
Wondering if a 8GB flash drive is too big for the system to recognize maybe? Anyone seen this?
Thanks!

The one thing not mentioned in the instructions is the format of the USB drive. Most of these types of things require the USB drive to be formatted in FAT32. In case you need to know how to do that: https://www.disk-partition.com/articles/format-exfat-to-fat32-ntfs-5740.html

Wallpaper Setup
• When importing wallpaper files, the image must be in the USB flash drive’s root directory. Images in a folder cannot be imported.
• The file name must be fewer than 64 characters.
• The file format of the image that can be imported is BMP (bmp) or JPEG (jpg).
• The individual file size limit is 2 MB.
• The maximum image size is 1,920 × 936 pixels. If the image size is less than 480 × 234 pixels, the image is displayed in the middle of the screen with the extra area appearing in black.
• Up to 255 files can be selected.
• The wallpaper setup is limited while driving.

This one was shared by @hasarad. Not bad, but it's just the Clock Background.

Did this just occur recently? Were you trying to change the image, or did the car/screen start up with smaller, relocated images?

Wonder if you may have new software version, after visiting dealer a few weeks ago for new battery (?). When you follow this path, do you have build number and kernel version like the following image, and what amount of uptime is listed: Settings --> System --> About --> Build Number and Kernel Version

My Build Number and Kernel Version match your photo.

I deleted five images and reloaded three (but could not load a 4th or 5th image for some reason---all five were from my original source).

Still seeing small, centered images on dash. And pressing Day/Night button has no effect.

I will try loading new images from a different source.

This from the Owners Manual

"The maximum image size is 1,920 Ă— 936 pixels. If
the image size is less the image is displayed in the
middle of the screen with the extra area appearing
in black"

Doesn't make sense to me. For 10 months I got full size images on screen from jpg files that varied from 1900x1870 to 1132x780.

In Post #2 AMCooper63 says "If the image size is less than 480 Ă— 234 pixels, the image is displayed in the middle of the screen with the extra area appearing in black"

The Infinity Owners Manual doesn't mention a required minimum image size to get a full-size image, so the Manual's description is meaningless (I don't know where the 480 x 234 figures came from)

I'm a bit leery about trying that reboot thing. Maybe later.
